After Him, Still Me is my truth. It’s the journey of losing the person you built your life with and slowly finding yourself again. It doesn’t mean moving on or forgetting. It means learning how to carry love and loss at the same time, while rediscovering who you are now. It’s about honoring what was, while giving yourself permission to still live, still grow, and still be you.
This space is created for widows who are navigating life after loss, whether your loss is recent or years ago. If you feel overwhelmed, lost, stuck, or even just unsure of who you are anymore, you belong here. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to take one step toward healing.
You can expect a safe, supportive space where you are seen and heard without judgment. Each week, we meet over Zoom and gently walk through different parts of grief, healing, and rebuilding. You’ll have guidance, reflection tools, and space to process at your own pace. This isn’t about rushing your healing it’s about supporting you through it.
No, this is not therapy. I am a certified grief coach, not a licensed therapist. This space is focused on support, guidance, and shared understanding through lived experience. If you are in need of clinical or mental health services, I always encourage seeking support from a licensed professional alongside this work.

The people in your life may love you deeply, but they may not fully understand what it means to be a widow. This space is different because it’s built on shared understanding, intention, and support without judgment. You don’t have to explain your grief here you can just be in it, and not feel alone while doing so.
That’s okay. There is no “perfect time” to begin healing. If you’re here, even reading this, that already says something. You don’t have to feel strong or put together you just have to be open to taking one small step. This space will meet you exactly where you are.
Then you break down and you won’t have to do it alone. This is a space where tears are welcome, silence is okay, and nothing about your grief is “too much.” You are not expected to hold it together here. You’re allowed to feel everything you’ve been carrying.
This is one of the most common and hardest parts of grief. Healing can sometimes feel like you’re leaving your loved one behind but you’re not. You carry them with you in a different way. Moving forward doesn’t mean letting go of love it means learning how to live with it, while still choosing yourself.
